Deleted the docs directory and related static files, including CNAME and CSS. Added a new GitHub Actions workflow for building the website and uploading HTMLHint SARIF reports. Updated super-linter workflow to use single quotes and removed JavaScript ES validation. Minor README formatting improvements. Added content.d.ts reference to Astro types.
